Errors & response codes
Check the result
HTTP 200 alone does not confirm success. Read status: 1 means success, 0 means an error, and 2 means no mailbox was available during creation. The parsed-language examples check HTTP and status; cURL prints the JSON for you to check.
Error details may be in msg, errormsg or errorid. Some errors contain only msg, so do not wait for a numeric code before treating status=0 as a failure.
Error codes
errorid | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 2 | Unknown or unavailable service |
| 7 | Invalid request parameters |
| 9 | Unknown or disabled provider |
| 10 | Active-order limit reached |
| 16 | Order creation requests are too frequent |
For errorid=9, refresh Providers. For status=2 when creating a rental, refresh Mailbox counts.
